What’s your story?  Mine involves loss at a young age and a mid-life career change.  The reality is that no human is immune from heartache, loss, fear, insecurities, and traumas big and small.  If you’re alive, you’ve experienced some STUFF, and you don’t have to carry the burden alone.  I have almost a decade of experience in counseling, helping people step out of pain and into freedom.

I am a Master’s level graduate from the Townsend Institute at Concordia University-Irvine, and I’m a registered Associate Professional Clinical Counselor. My predominant modalities are EMDR, Brainspotting, CBT, and the Townsend Method, a competence and character growth model, from which I primarily work with trauma, loss, depression, anxiety, and men's issues.

If you’re ready to start your wellness journey, becoming the best version of you, send me a message. I have availability on most weekdays and accept Medi-Cal and private payment.
